Most of our orders ship within 1-4 business days. We ship five days a week (M-F) to anywhere in the world! Large orders and custom orders: 100+ quantity, monograms, or custom designed items can delay shipment 1-2 days. Most orders ship via the USPS First Class Mail service. Delivery time can take up to 3-5 business days depending on location. Once the product is shipped it is the responsibility of the postal service to deliver your order in a timely matter.

Orders are shipped via the USPS First Class International Mail service. International packages can take 1-8 weeks to arrive, depending on location and custom's processing times, please plan accordingly. Taxes, import, VAT and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Before checking out, please ensure that your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages not received due to outdated or incorrect shipping information. If you realize your shipping address is incorrect after checking out, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with the correct information.
All lost packages marked as "delivered" or "attempted delivery" by the postal service will not be refunded.
Holiday Shipping & Handling
If your order is scheduled to ship on a day that falls onto a holiday, we will ship your order the next day business day when the post office reopens. During the holiday season, especially in December, delivery times become prolonged due to increased traffic at the post offices - to ensure your order arrives in time during the holiday season, we recommend ordering 1-2 weeks before you need your item so it is received in a timely matter.
During the the holiday season, due to the influx of orders we receive our processing times may increase to an additional 2-3 business days.
return & exchange policies
If you experience any problems with your order, contact us within 5 days of receiving your item.
Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis. Once your order has been approved for a refund - the amount paid minus the original shipping cost will be returned to the buyer once we receive all the unused order contents are returned to our workshop; When returning an item shipping postage is the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom orders - such as engraved or customized pieces, monograms - are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.
Please note: Items must be in original condition as they were received and buyer will pay the return shipping costs.
If anything in your order is damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately. Upon request of the buyer, items may be replaced or refunded for the purchased amount minus shipping cost.
